Return & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the item(s) within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. The item(s) must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn and undamaged).

  • With original tags or stickers attached.

Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them and process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Credit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The item(s) are damaged, worn, or used.

  • The item(s) are missing original tags or stickers.

  • The return is initiated after 30 calendar days from the purchase date.

Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the item(s) without providing a reason. The cancellation deadline is 30 days from the date you received the item(s) or when a designated third party (excluding the carrier) takes possession of the order.

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, and no additional fees will be incurred.


Conditions for Returns

For an item to be eligible for return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • The item has not been used or damaged.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items that deteriorate quickly or have expired.

  • Items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

  • Items that have been inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.
