Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Saturday).

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or holidays, depending on the shipping carrier.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed. Please allow extra time for delivery.

If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United States.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

Shipment to APO/FPO/DPO & U.S. Territories

We currently do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or U.S. Territories.

 

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking details.

The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

 

 

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

Triple Play Caps is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order.

Any additional charges imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

Damages or Lost Shipments

Triple Play Caps is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim with the carrier.
